I created SN Management in 2011 as a venue for supporting capacity building and leadership development primarily within the public and non-profit sectors. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the Schulich School for Business at York University. I am also an active member of my community, currently sitting on the Patient Family Care Council at Unity Health, St. Joseph’s Site.
I have had a long career in the non-profit sector, including more than 15 years of progressive management experience in the community health sector, and more than ten years public sector consulting experience. My bring expertise in strategic and business planning, change management, stakeholder engagement, evaluation, grant development and project management.
My passion is organizational learning and supporting organizations to translate their insight into impact. Increasingly my work focuses on strengthening organizations through leadership development, strategic integration, change management and evidence and data driven decision making, I have developed numerous frameworks, tools and resources for leaders and leadership teams and provide strategic advisory services using a collaborative and developmental approach.
SN Management is made up of a diverse group of staff and associates contributing their strengths to our mission. Many have years of experience in applying proven, robust consulting methodologies, leading research/best practices and have first-hand leadership experience in service delivery. We also engage with and mentor junior associates, including emerging consultants and peer researchers who are passionate about helping organizations improve their capacity and increase their impact. Along the way, they develop new skills and knowledge, make new connections and friends, and grow professionally and personally.
