SN Management is a dynamic consulting company founded in 2011 by Sonja Nerad to support public sector and non-profit capacity building and excellence. We specialize in strategic and business planning, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement and facilitation.

SN Management is located on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis people. We acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit. We are thankful to be on this land, and work to help advance reconciliation with Indigenous peoples in Canada.
